REQUIREMENTS :

-Male / Female, max 35 years old.
-Industrial psychologist (profession degree).
-Minimal 1 years experience as Training & Development Manager (good
record).
-Excellent knowledge and application in Training & Development
function; Planning and performance measurement function; including
developing career path.
-Must be able to set division programs.
-Good Facilitation Skill, high motivation, integrity, good team
player.
-Willing to travel.
-Strong communication skills and human relationship.
-Good command ing English both written and oral.
